25 years....

Yes, it's our 25th anniversary. We opened our first shop in Brockville in 1986. Our Kingston store opened in 1988. It's been a great 25 years, and we're looking forward to 25 more.

How have we managed to stay alive in the age of the "big box". It's simple....CUSTOMER SERVICE! We offer the best customer service in Kingston and area...and we plan to keep it that way. We're not a "drop it at the door" kind of shop. We'll help you hook it up, show you how it works, and; if you need to, you can always give us a call if you need a quick reminder on how things work. To us, customer service is our number 1 priority. We're not happy until you are. Try getting service like that at a big box retailer. They are in the business of moving product....that's it. Will they help you rectify any issues with a house call? Probably not. Do they stand behind every product they sell? No.

At Just HiFi, all we do is great quality audio/video products. We don't sell dishwashers, fridges, stoves, vacuums, CD's, DVD's, etc. Just audio/video equipment. We know what we're talking about. Our staff has a combined experience of almost 75 years! (And there's only 4 of us)

Chances are you'll deal with same person the next time you come in. We pride ourselves on repeat business.
